Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ginee Digital, we are committed to providing professional digital marketing, technology, and business growth solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting Ginee Digital through our official communication channels.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the nature of the service, the stage of the project, and the work already completed.
Once work has commenced, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund because resources, time, planning, creative work, development, and other services may already have been committed to the project.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, will be considered based on the specific service agreement, proposal, quotation, or payment terms agreed with the client.
Generally, payments for work that has already been completed, delivered, or substantially performed are non-refundable.
Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be determined after considering the work completed, resources utilized, and any applicable costs or charges.
3. Non-Refundable Services and Expenses
Certain services and expenses may be non-refundable once purchased or initiated. These may include:
Digital advertising and campaign expenses
Domain registration and renewal fees
Web hosting charges
Software and platform subscriptions
Third-party tools and services
Creative, development, or technical work already completed
Other third-party charges incurred on behalf of the client
Third-party fees are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers and are not automatically refundable by Ginee Digital.
4. Project Delays
Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, approvals, credentials, and other materials required to complete a project.
If a project is delayed because the required information, feedback, approvals, or access is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, such delays will not automatically qualify the client for a refund.
5. Marketing and Performance-Based Services
Digital marketing results can be influenced by factors beyond Ginee Digital's control, including market conditions, competition, advertising platforms, search engine algorithms, budgets, audience behavior, and third-party policies.
Therefore, refunds will not be provided solely because a client does not achieve a particular number of leads, sales, rankings, traffic, conversions, engagement, or revenue unless a specific refund or performance guarantee has been expressly agreed to in writing.
6. Cancellation by Ginee Digital
Ginee Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where necessary, including in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, fraudulent activity, violation of applicable laws, or breach of the agreed terms.
If Ginee Digital terminates a project for reasons unrelated to a client breach, any applicable refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed and the terms of the relevant agreement.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment provider procedures.
The time required for the refund to appear in the client's account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
8. Policy Updates
Ginee Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
